Love Cait and her pies!!! When she offers Philly spots, I always order when I can. Last time I was running late and ran into her in the street and she had my pie! She was super nice and her business and pies show that! 10/10 💚💚

I have been ordering Biggies from Cait for years and I cannot rave about the utter deliciousness and quality of these pies enough. I order them for family events, I order them to eat my feelings, I order them just because. They are that good! Cait is a one person show and demonstrates immense integrity, professionalism and cheer every damn time. She also happens to be an amazing person and has become a friend. I consider myself a key lime pie connoisseur. Yea the guy in Red Hook also has amazing pies but Cait’s are extraordinary. Do yourself a favor and hustle to get a pie when she announces drops and collabs. Actually, I think the Knicks need some Cait’s Key Limes..how do we make that happen?! 💙🧡🥧💚💚

THE MOST DELICIOUS KEY LIME PIE EVER!! I am an avid lover of key lime pie and am absolutely in love with cait’s! The perfect amount of tart and sweet, enormous heaping of whipped cream, it really is such an incredible pie. Also the baker and owner is such an admirable, hard working, and kind woman. Cait’s has been a staple dessert in my household for special occasions and everyday indulgence since 2020, and I look forward to the next bite very soon!! Please enjoy a pie soon, you will love it!

Cait’s pies and Cait herself are THE BEST!! It’s such a treat to support with a small, locally-owned business and see the care and attention that makes small-batch desserts so delicious. Cait is so easy to order from, she’s organized, offers a variety of pickup locations/times so customers with different schedules and from different neighborhoods are catered to. This is the best Key Lime Pie I’ve found in NYC and when I’m craving one there’s only one option. The crust is so perfect, the filling a great balance of sweet/tart and the generous homemade dollops of whipped cream and lime zest tie it all together. Proud to be a loyal customer and always on the lookout her her collabs with companies/shops across the city - be on the lookout! 🙌
